Rich Win Monterola
Founder & Product Lead, ZamPlace
I built ZamPlace because I experienced the problem myself.
While looking for office space in Pagadian City, I found that local property searching was surprisingly difficult. Listings were scattered across Facebook groups and pages, often incomplete, outdated, or missing important details such as price, location, availability, photos, or what the space was actually suitable for.
After spending too much time searching through different groups, I realized this wasn’t just my problem.
WHY ZAMPLACE
ZamPlace is being built to give people one organized place to find, compare, rent, buy, stay, and discover local properties without having to search through dozens of scattered posts.
For property owners, hosts, and businesses, it also creates a better way to reach people who are already looking for what they offer.
WHAT I BRING
I’ve spent 10+ years working online, with experience across data, healthcare, research, lead generation, operations, and technology.
Much of my work involves taking messy information, organizing it, finding patterns, and building practical solutions around real problems. That experience is a big part of how I’m approaching ZamPlace.
THE IDEA IS SIMPLE
Finding the right place shouldn’t have to be difficult.
ZamPlace is starting locally, with the goal of making property discovery more organized, transparent, and useful for both seekers and property providers.
Your next place could be closer than you think.
